Do I need to register or log in to shop at Artnhobby.ie?

No, you do not need to register or log in to shop at Artnhobby.ie. Our payments are processed by PayPal, and if you have a PayPal account you can log in at the checkout, or you can buy online without registering or logging in at all.

What are the payment options?

When you shop online at Artnhobby.ie, your payment is processed by PayPal. Payment options offered are credit card or PayPal account.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, your credit card details are safe with PayPal, one of the internet's most trusted payment facilitators. Please see PayPal‘s security information for more details.

What are the delivery charges?

All orders are dispatched by courier, and our normal delivery charges are as follows:
Within the Republic of Ireland: €7.50 per order.

How do I buy from Art & Hobby online?

You can browse through our online shop, and when you see something you would like to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" button below the product description. This will open a new tab or browser window for your Shopping Cart, containing the product you wanted to add. When you are finished browsing, go back to this tab or browser window (or click the "View Cart" button at the bottom of the left-hand menu if the tab or browser window has been closed) and click "Proceed to Checkout". PayPal will then guide you through the payment process, and when it has completed you will be returned to Artnhobby.ie and your receipt will be emailed to you.

How do I see what is in my Shopping Cart?

On the left-hand side of the screen, at the bottom of the menu there is a "View Cart" button. When you click this your Shopping Cart will open in a new tab or browser window. If you have clicked this and still do not see your Shopping Cart, it may have opened behind the tab or browser window you are currently using.

Do you store my details?

When you purchase online with Artnhobby.ie, PayPal looks after your payment and delivery details. Please see PayPal's privacy policy for more information. We are sent the delivery details you entered, so that your order can be dispatched. We keep these details securely until after your order has been dispatched and delivery is complete - you can read more in the Art & Hobby Privacy Policy.

Will my details be given to anyone else?

When you purchase online with Artnhobby.ie, PayPal looks after your payment and delivery details. Please see PayPal‘s privacy policy and Artnhobby.ie Terms and Conditions for more information.

When will I get my order?

All orders are dispatched by courier within 5 working days, except for products in the Activity Toys category, which will be dispatched within 10 working days.
