The terms and conditions of this website are provided by The Art & Hobby Group, which is registered in Ireland as Star School Supplies Ltd. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Art & Hobby Group may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to close any, or all, of the website at any time, and to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice.

Description of Products

Each product on this website is listed subject to its Product Description. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was posted on the website.

Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal, so you can log in at the checkout if you have a PayPal account or you can pay by credit card without an account. PayPal is one of the Internet's most trusted payment facilitators – please see PayPal‘s Security information for more details.

Security

The Art & Hobby Group takes security of your details very seriously, and have taken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure.

When you purchase online with Artnhobby.ie, PayPal looks after your payment & delivery details. Please see PayPal‘s privacy policy for more information. We are sent the delivery details you entered, so that your order can be despatched. We keep these details securely for the period of time in which your order is processed and despatched and delivery is complete.

Returns

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original and unused condition, along with wrapping and receipt to any Art & Hobby Shop within 28 days of purchase and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.

Prices

The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices on this site are quoted in and include VAT.

Order Confirmation

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Goods Out of Stock

If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Occasionally, we may run out of stock on popular items - if, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date. If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out of stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately. Either way, we will contact you.

Deliveries

Our normal delivery charges are as follows:
Within the Republic of Ireland: €7.50 per order.

All orders are despatched within 5 working days, except for products in the Activity Toys category, which will be despatched within 10 working days.

• these provisions (terms, conditions, disclaimers and exclusions) shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

When you purchase online with Artnhobby.ie PayPal looks after your payment & delivery details. We are sent the delivery details you entered, so that your order can be despatched. Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions




The Art & Hobby Reward Card is not a credit, debit or cheque card. Card valid only in Star School Supplies or Art & Hobby stores. Art & Hobby reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions. Reward Card points collected do not have any monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers. No service charges apply to the Reward Card. The card holder is responsible for the proper use and security of their Reward Card and points. Points are not transferable from one customer to another. The card remains the property of Art & Hobby, who reserve the right to decline issue or withdraw the card at any time, or to alter, amend or terminate the Reward Card scheme without prior notice. Participants may be removed from the Reward Card scheme at any time at the discretion of Art & Hobby. Art & Hobby reserves the right to withdraw promotions/offers for additional points without notice. Bonus Reward points cannot be awarded to a customerÕs account after a completed transaction once the term of offer has ceased. Reward points are awarded after any relevant discounts or promotions have been deducted from the card holder's shopping. Reward points cannot be collected on items purchased using Art & Hobby Gift Vouchers. If a card holder returns purchases in circumstances where he/she tendered for the products using reward points, the points will be re-allocated back to the card holder's Reward Card account. Art & Hobby reserves the right to reject any Reward Card that it reasonably determines has been forged or otherwise tampered with. Reward Points are not collected on products/purchases for which full or part payment is made by spending points. Reward Points do not expire while the reward scheme offer is in place. In the event that a card is damaged, lost or stolen, a replacement Reward Card will be available at the discretion of Art & Hobby. Replacement Cards can be picked up and registered in store only. In order to be able to spend or use points collected, a card holder must have registered their reward account with Art & Hobby. Points can be used as full or part payment against purchases in any Art & Hobby store. Reward Points cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers. A Reward Card holder can close their account at any time by notifying Art & Hobby in writing. If an account is closed for any reason, all rights to spend the points on that Reward Card are lost. Art & Hobby will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your Reward Card or spend of your reward in any circumstances, including loss or theft. By participating in Art & HobbyÕs Reward Card programme, you consent to Art & Hobby retaining your information, including details of purchase, and using that information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you. No registration data will be shared with any company outside of the Star School Supplies/Art & Hobby Group. If you wish to be removed from our lists and have your Reward Card cancelled, you may do so at any time.
