Click & Collect

Click & Collect lets you make an order online and then collect it from one of our Art & Hobby stores.

How to place a Click & Collect order

Just shop online as usual. use the (Find In Store) finder on the product page to check which item is within which store. When you go to the online checkout, choose Pick Up for Click & Collect. (You'll only see the option to choose a store if everything in your bag is available for Pick Up, if an item is not then you can opt for free delivery if the value is over €50.)

We'll email when your order’s ready to collect

When your order arrives in the store, we'll send you an email to let you know it’s ready to be collected.

Orders are ready within 3 hours after ordering but please wait for your email just in case.

Come to the Click & Collect point within 3 days

Our Store Finder will show you where items are in store are located and include opening hour.

If you haven't collected your order after 3 days, we'll contact you to remind you to collect.

If you still haven't collected your order after 3-5 days, we may issue a charge of up to 25% of the RRP.

Which should take 3–5 working days to reach your account.

 

CHANGE or CANCEL ORDER

Within 2 hours of your order placement, if you wish to change your mind then please contact us for changes at orders@artnhobby.ie or call 01 456 5310.

Occasionally we'll need an extra day to get your order to you

If we've run out on an item you've ordered in our main warehouse we can still get it to you from another location, but we'll need an extra day. If this happens, we'll contact, you via phone or Email.

What to bring when you come to collect?

When you come to pick up your order, please bring:
- The email we sent saying it’s ready for collection – as a print-out or on your phone, tablet or laptop.
- A bank card or some photo ID. If you paid with an American Express card, please bring it.

Someone else can collect it for you?

They'll need to bring:
- The email we sent saying your order's ready for collection.
- Their own bank card or photo ID.

Late deliveries and cancellations

We’re sorry if we're late delivering your order. We know how disappointing and inconvenient it can be, and we do everything we can to stop it happening.

If an order's cancelled – by us or you – we'll send an email to make sure you know. And we'll always give you a refund.

Click & Collect

1. We'll send you an email 'Thanks for your order' email but please don’t come in to collect until you receive the 'Your order is ready for collection' email.
2. If there's a delay, we’ll send you an email or text message to let you know.

I’VE LOST MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE - WHAT CAN I DO?

Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.

Otherwise, if you were logged in to your artnhobby.ie account at the time of purchase, you’ll be able to find the order number in your order history. To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless they have your order number and their photo ID.

I HAVEN’T HAD AN EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you ordered before 5pm, your order will be available to collect the next day from 12pm; so please wait until after 12pm to contact us. If there’s any delay to your order, we’ll text you to let you know.

If you still haven’t received a confirmation message after 12pm the following day, our Customer services team should be able to check the location of your parcel. Call them on 01 4565310 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week, or use our Chat Now feature.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?

Please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.

You can return a Click & Collect order to any Art & Hobby Shop – as this would have been a Web Purchase you will not be refunded in store, our staff will contact our accounts team and they will issue the refund via Stripe within 3-5 working days.

Unless faulty, this should be within 14 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we'd expect this to mean that you've kept packaging and labels and that the item is unused and undamaged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
