Art & Hobby Click & Collect

Click & Collect lets you make an order online and then collect it from one of our Art & Hobby stores around the country. Our Click & Collect Item Finder tool shows the live stock of products across all our stores. Please note: we can not transfer items to other Art & Hobby stores.

Step 1 - Select Your Store

Once you find an item you want to click & collect, use the 'Find In Store' finder on the product page to check where the item is available to click & collect and to check what quantities of that item are available in each store.

Step 2 - Pay Online

When you proceed to the online checkout page, select 'Pick Up' as your delivery option and select your store of choice for Click & Collect. Click the 'Continue to Payment' button at the bottom of the page to pay for your order online.

Please Note: You'll only see the 'Pick Up' delivery option if everything in your basket is available for Click & Collect. If an item is not, then you can opt for free delivery if the value is over €50.

Step 3 - Collect In Store

When your order is ready to collect in the store, we'll send you an email to let you know it’s ready to be collected. Orders are usually ready within 3 hours after ordering but please don’t come in to collect until you receive the 'Your order is ready for collection' email.

Using our Store Finder tool, you can find your chosen store location and opening hour information. If you haven't collected your order after 3 days, we'll contact you to remind you to collect. If you still haven't collected your order after 3-5 days, we may issue a charge of up to 25% of the RRP. Which should take 3–5 working days to reach your account.

What to bring with you when you come to collect your order in store?

When you come to pick up your order, please bring:
- The email we sent saying it’s ready for collection – as a print-out or on your phone, tablet or laptop.
- A bank card or some photo ID.

If you paid with an American Express card, please bring it.

Can someone else collect your Click & Collect order for you?

Yes, someone else can collect your order for you but they will need to bring:

- The email we sent you saying your order's ready for collection.
- Their own bank card or photo ID.

Can I CHANGE or CANCEL my click & collect ORDER

Within 2 hours of your order placement, if you wish to change your mind then please contact us for changes at or call us on 01 456 5310.

Late deliveries and cancellations

We are sorry if we're late delivering your order. We know how disappointing and inconvenient it can be, and we do everything we can to stop it happening. If an order's cancelled, by us or by you, we'll send an email to make sure you know and we'll always give you a refund.


Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here. Otherwise, if you were logged in to your account at the time of purchase, you’ll be able to find the order number in your order history. To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless they have your order number and their photo ID.


If you placed your order before 5pm, your order will be available to collect the next day from 12pm; so please wait until after 12pm to contact us. If there’s any delay to your order, we’ll text or email you to let you know.

If you still haven’t received a confirmation message after 12pm the following day, our Customer services team should be able to check the location of your parcel. Call them on 01 4565310 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week, or use our Chat Now feature on the website.


Please return your items in their original condition with a proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 14 days of receiving your order. By 'original condition', we'd expect this to mean that you've kept packaging and labels and that the item is unused and undamaged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

You can return a Click & Collect order to any Art & Hobby Shop. Since Click & Collect orders are Web Purchases, you will not be refunded in store. Our staff will contact our accounts team and they will issue the refund via Stripe within 3-5 working days.
