Home Delivery
Order before 12:00 pm and we’ll aim to dispatch your parcel within 2–4 working days. Sometimes we’re extra speedy and it may even arrive the very next day.
Every so often, delays pop up that are beyond our control — but we’ll always do our very best to get your order on its way quickly.
Please note: this excludes the Exit Toy range.
When November and December roll around — especially during Black Friday week — things get very busy behind the scenes. That means deliveries can take a little longer than normal, with timeframes increasing to around 4–6 working days.
Creativ Company Crafts
Creativ Company Craft items usually take 4–6 working days to arrive, so just a little extra patience may be needed. Please check the delivery timeframe listed on each product before placing your order, as this can vary depending on availability.
All Creativ Company items can be recognised by CC at the end of the product code.
Occasionally, these orders may arrive in multiple parcels, but we’ll always work to get everything to you as quickly as we can.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number from us via email. If you don't receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder.
Christmas Delivery:
For guaranteed Christmas Delivery, your order must be placed before December 16th.
Please note that all orders placed between 23rd December - 1st of January will be dispatched on the 2nd of January.
The Art & Hobby Shop currently only accept orders from and deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The standard delivery rate is €6.00 nationwide for all Home Delivery orders under €50. We offer free Home Delivery on all orders over €50.
*Please note that orders can be split between multiple locations and you may receive your order in 2 or more parcels*
Heavy items such as clay and large quantities of paint will not be shipped outside of Ireland due to weight and shipping restrictions.
EXIT TOYS Range
The Exit Toys range delivery can take up to 7-14 working days.
Art & Hobby group do not hold the stock in any store or warehouse in Ireland. The items are shipped directly from our supplier in the Netherlands to our customers .
Once your item is dispatched, we can no longer cancel your order until goods arrive to the customer and are received back to the Art & Hobby Group.
If you wish to cancel an Exit Toys product you must email orders@artnhobby.ie within 1 working day of placing the order.
Due to the nature of the Exit Toys product range, after the 14-day cooling offer period we cannot issue a refund or exchange unless the products are damaged or faulty. All faulty items must be declared with photo imagery within 2 days of delivery.
Returns
You have no grounds for redress if:
- You were told about the defect before you bought the item (for example, if the goods were marked 'shopsoiled')
- You examined the item before you bought it and should have seen the defect
- You bought the item knowing that it wasn’t fit for what you wanted it to do
- You broke or damaged the product
- You made a mistake when buying the item (for example, if you bought an item of clothing thinking it was black when it is actually navy)
- You change your mind
- Retailers are not obliged to give refunds or credit notes under the above circumstances even if you show proof of purchase.
