Labubu Face Painting Guide

Have you hopped on the Labubu trend like the rest of TikTok?

Well, even if you haven’t managed to get your hands on a Labubu yet (they’re essentially gold dust!), you can create your very own Labubu simply by using Snazaroo Face Paints.

Follow these easy face painting steps to create your very own sharp-toothed, scruffy, big-eared (are we sure these are cute?) Labubu character.

Face Painting Tip: Always wet your sponge or brush lightly before dabbing it into your Snazaroo Face Paint.

STEP 1

To paint the outline of your Labubu, you’ll need:

• Snazaroo Face Paint - Pale Pink
• Snazaroo Hi Density Sponge
• Snazaroo Multi Purpose Face Painting Brush

Start by drawing the outline of a circle in pink on your cheek. This circle will be your Labubu’s face, so it needs to be big enough to allow you to paint facial features inside it.

Underneath your circle, paint a small diagonal line on the left and right sides. Fill in the space between the lines until it is fully pink — these are your Labubu’s shoulders.

STEP 2

Using your Snazaroo Multi Purpose Face Painting Brush and more Pale Pink paint, draw two long bunny ears on top of the circle. Then, draw a small pink vertical line inside each ear.

STEP 3

Wash your sponge or use a clean one, and dab it into the Snazaroo Classic Face Paint in Barley Beige. Use the sponge to paint the inside of the circle beige, then use your brush to paint the inside of the bunny ears beige.

STEP 4

Time to paint your Labubu’s face! You’ll need:

• Snazaroo Fine Round Brush
• Snazaroo Classic Face Paint in Black

The Eyes:

Dab your brush in black paint and draw two curved lines parallel to each other. Starting from the right end of the top curved line, draw an oval shape that curves downward. Connect the bottom of the oval to the left end of the bottom curved line to form a complete eye shape. Repeat on the other side.To complete the eyes, paint a smaller oval within each eye in black. Once dry, use Snazaroo Classic White Face Paint to draw a small white circle inside each eye.

The Nose:

Using the same brush and black paint, draw an upside-down triangle. Wash your brush, then fill in the triangle with Snazaroo Pale Pink.

The Mouth:

With your Snazaroo Face Paint - Black, paint and a brush, draw a long smile from the right cheek to the left. You can be as creative as you like when drawing the snaggle teeth — make them as crooked or sharp as you like! Use black paint to outline the teeth and white paint to fill them in.
